Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and keep fixtures stocked with merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product availability and proper display.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed on products and services and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to store policies.
