Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our Freehold Township store. You will guide product selections, perform makeup applications, and support store operations with a friendly, energetic approach.

Ideal candidates show 1 year of relevant experience or education, a passion for beauty, and the ability to build relationships while working with a team. Full-time schedules include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred; relevant retail experience is a plus.
Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling products.
Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, troubleshoot, and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for sales and guest loyalty.
Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, answering questions, and recommending products.
