Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting and assisting guests with product and service questions.
• Conduct cashier tasks and keep fixtures stocked with merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and participate in merchandise resets and inventory procedures.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed about products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
