Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and assist with product questions.
• Greet guests and personalize service to their needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demos.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish fixtures.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online orders.
