Ulta Beauty in Pearl, Mississippi seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with makeup applications, and maintain clean, well-stocked fixtures while supporting sales goals. You will process transactions, engage guests, and recommend products with a passion for beauty.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of retail or customer-service experience, with flexibility for days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling; ability to build customer relationships; troubleshoot; work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and assisting guests; answer questions about products and services; suggest complementary Ulta Beauty items.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Handle cashier duties, process online orders, and manage exchanges/returns.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with merchandise resets and store events.
• Protect store assets and comply with policies and procedures.
