Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting, engaging, and assisting guests with product recommendations and services.
• Perform cashier duties, process transactions, and assist with online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock fixtures, and ensure displays are attractive and stocked.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and assist with in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed on new products, ingredients, and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute to a positive team environment.
