Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, advise on products and services, and support events while helping achieve sales goals.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge. A high school diploma is preferred and 1 year of relevant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Answer questions about products and services and inform guests about promotions and sales.
• Assist with online orders and exchanges; greet and engage guests entering the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish merchandise, and support in-store events and planograms.
