Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales in-store. You will greet guests, perform cashier tasks, and maintain merchandising standards while offering product recommendations and demonstrations.

The role requires a passion for beauty, the ability to build customer relationships, and solid familiarity with POS systems. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet guests in-store.
• Perform cashier tasks and process transactions accurately.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean.
• Demonstrate products and provide makeup/skincare demonstrations.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store services and events.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to answer questions.
