Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.

• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and engage guests to determine needs.
• Take payments, process transactions, and assist with online orders.
• Maintain clean, stocked fixtures and assist with merchandising and events.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
• Stay informed about products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
