Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, assess needs, perform cashier duties, stock merchandise, and maintain clean, organized aisles.

You will demonstrate makeup and skincare products, drive sales, and support in-store events to enhance the guest experience. Success requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to work with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet guests to determine needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and process transactions accurately.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; assist with on-line orders.
• Demonstrate products and services to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Schedule and support in-store services and events to boost guest experience.
• Stay informed about products and promotions to advise guests.
