Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and support store events. You will greet guests, understand needs, demonstrate products, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include cashier tasks, replenishment, and collaboration with the team to ensure a high-energy, welcoming environment. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products/services.
• Assist with cashier tasks, online orders, refunds and exchanges.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed about new products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store cleanliness.
