Ulta Beauty is hiring a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with product recommendations, makeup applications, and events. You will help maintain a clean, stocked store and process transactions while driving sales and loyalty engagement.

We seek an energetic team member with a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to learn product benefits quickly. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is often required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot common issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet each guest entering the store.
• Answer questions about products and services and suggest complementary items.
• Handle cashier tasks, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to enhance guest experience.
