Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and selling demonstrated in prior roles.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience through attentive service and product knowledge.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Assist with cashier tasks, online orders, and in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish merchandise, and support inventory needs.
• Engage with guests about promotions, loyalty programs, and services.
