Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, understanding needs, describing products and promotions, and recommending items.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed about new products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
