Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales. You will greet every guest, answer questions, and guide purchases while maintaining store cleanliness and supporting in-store events.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Greet and engage each guest entering the store to determine needs and provide personalized service.
• Conduct cashier tasks and handle refunds/exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
