Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, drive sales, and keep the store organized. You will greet guests, demonstrate products, perform makeup applications, and support in-store events.

This role emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma is preferred and prior retail or cosmetics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Conduct cashier tasks and process purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock fixtures.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and product demos to drive sales.
• Support store events and appointments.
• Be knowledgeable about products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
