Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute visual merchandising to Sephora at Kohl’s standards, and ensure an excellent client experience.

You will build client loyalty, upsell products, and stay current on beauty trends while supporting inventory and omni-channel initiatives.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and knowledge of top beauty brands.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and upselling products.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Demonstrate products and application to inspire clients.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and hygiene standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor to drive sales.
