Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a beauty-oriented retail professional to build client loyalty and drive sales on the store floor. You will expand product knowledge, demonstrate products, and stay updated on beauty trends.

The role requires excellent communication, ability to influence clients, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will also support merchandising and inventory processes to ensure an optimal customer experience.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products.
• Understand and execute sales plans to support and meet goals.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, inventory counts and price changes.
• Adhere to integrity, teamwork, safety, and company guidelines.
