Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, perform make-up applications, and guide guests through product selections. You will support the leadership team with service and sales goals and participate in in-store events.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge and store procedures. A flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualificações

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The BA is a champion of Ulta Beauty’s mission, vision, and values, and should demonstrate them skillfully and consistently by performing the following duties and responsibilities of the position (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned).
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service, answering questions, informing guests about promotions, and recommending products or services.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Take the initiative to stay informed regarding new and existing products and services during work time and be knowledgeable about ingredients and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
