Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a dedicated Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assess their needs, demonstrate products, and perform makeup services to drive sales while maintaining store presentation.

The role requires strong communication, basic tech skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest to determine needs and provide exceptional service.
• Sell products and services, including makeup applications and demonstrations.
• Assist with transactions, exchanges, and online orders as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise throughout shift.
• Support events and in-store promotions to drive sales.
