NIQ is hiring an Associate Client Manager in the Beauty team, working with U.S. retailers to unlock data-driven insights and drive business impact.

You will craft compelling data narratives and ensure high data quality, with a strong emphasis on Beauty industry knowledge and the ability to create visuals that resonate with clients. This role is US-Remote, must be based in the US at the time of application, offering a market-competitive compensation and the potential for incentive-based rewards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Consumer-Packaged Goods or Retail experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving using deductive reasoning.
• Ability to craft data-driven narratives for Beauty retailers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-first mindset.
• Open mindset, team-player, and flexible.
• Experience with NielsenIQ or similar data.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate mastery of NielsenIQ tools by creating end-to-end data stories for Beauty retailers' questions.
• Translate complex data into client-ready narratives.
• Create insights to empower the Beauty sales team to win new retailer clients.
• Grow expertise in Beauty and Wellness categories.
• Be the voice of the consumer by keeping clients up to date with trends.
• Act as a strategic analytical leader for Beauty retail.
• Build internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Grow Account Development skills and opportunities to sell proprietary datasets.
• Expand cross-functional management experience.
