Qualificações

• 2–4 years of Consumer‑Packaged Goods or Retail experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven problem‑solving skills using deductive reasoning.
• Innovative data stories that resonate with Beauty retailers.
• Strong written and spoken communication; good listener.
• Open mindset, team‑player, and flexible.
• Urgency, perseverance, and client‑first mentality.
• Multi‑task and independently manage multiple projects.
• Work across diverse data platforms and understand nuances.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with NielsenIQ or similar data.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate mastery of NielsenIQ tools by creating end‑to‑end data stories that answer a retailer's key questions.
• Use analytical skills to simplify complex data into a client‑ready story.
• Create meaningful insights to empower the Beauty sales team to win new retailers.
• Grow expertise on Beauty and Wellness categories.
• Be the voice of the consumer by keeping clients at the forefront of industry trends.
