LovelySkin is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our friendly team. You will handle real-time calls, emails, and live chat from customers globally, gaining product knowledge to best assist our expansive customer base. You will be the voice of LovelySkin, delivering exceptional service and solutions daily.

We value a positive, team-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for beauty and skin care. Weekend shifts are required, with overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a call center role or a customer sales & service position.
• Positive, friendly attitude with excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a set schedule, with required overtime, weekends, and flexibility during peak seasons.
• High-level phone skills while performing operational activities, such as inventory control, shipping, and return procedures.
• Strong passion for all things Beauty and Skin Care.
• Bilingual is a plus but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and online chat daily.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
• Invest in and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with product questions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless LovelySkin experience.
