Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors who excel in product knowledge and customer consultations, delivering memorable experiences and strong shop performance. You will drive sales, educate customers on our brand values, and demonstrate product benefits while fostering an inclusive, collaborative store environment.

This role requires flexibility, passion for skincare, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
