Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is seeking Seasonal Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations, and to drive sales while creating a welcoming, inclusive in-store experience. You will share knowledge about our cruelty-free, vegetarian products and engage customers with engaging demonstrations.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, DEIB awareness, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models is a plus.
• DEIB or social justice training is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service, understand customer needs, and demonstrate products' benefits to create memorable experiences.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values (no animal testing, 100% vegetarian, naked packaging) and engage with the community.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge to confidently recommend from our skincare range.
• Operational and team involvement: Support store operations, attend to attendance and visuals, and collaborate with teammates to improve performance.
