The Beauty Counter Manager at Brobston Group delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role blends customer service, product education, and counter business management.

Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analyses, achieving sales goals, managing events, and maintaining an organized, welcoming space for customers while staying current on beauty trends and products.

Qualifications

Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application and skincare.
Strong customer connection, communication, organization, multitasking and follow-through skills.
Sales goal orientation with interest in networking and technology.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsabilités

Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customers' goals.
Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
Manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and stay current on beauty trends and products.
Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, inclusive customer experience.
