Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to create personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for assigned beauty brands. This role blends customer-facing sales and education with counter operations, vendor relationships, and promotional events.

Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analyses, and tailored product recommendations; setting and achieving personal and counter sales goals; managing vendor events and promotions; and staying current on beauty

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application and skincare.
• Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stay in motion for 6–8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and tailored product recommendations.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, build vendor relationships, and maintain a customer-ready department.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges; build customer loyalty and Nordstrom Rewards participation.
• Stay current on beauty trends and products through training and industry knowledge.
