The Brobston Group is seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to create personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for the assigned brand. This role blends customer service, beauty education, and sales leadership in a commissioned retail environment.

You will conduct makeup applications, analyze skincare needs, and guide customers toward products that align with their goals, while leading a high-performing counter and staying current on beauty trends.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills, with a drive to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and moving for extended periods and lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
