Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Beauty Counter Manager and Licensed Esthetician to deliver personalized beauty experiences and drive sales for our assigned beauty brand. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and educate customers while collaborating with team and vendors.

You will set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital tools, manage vendor events, and maintain strong relationships with partners. Continuous beauty trend knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician with passion for beauty and customer service.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and use digital tools.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and support sales transactions and rewards enrollment.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
