Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
• Associates must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications, including any state-specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses, as required by applicable state and local regulatory boards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store objectives and drive personal and store key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences through genuine team, vendor, customer, and community relationships.
• Lead team in providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and executing promotions and events.
• Build product knowledge and use suggestive selling to engage customers with trends.
• Onboard and coach Beauty Advisors to improve performance and learning.
• Ensure inventory and omni-channel processes are understood and executed across the store.
