Job summary

Belk in Asheboro, NC is seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to drive personal and team results, build client relationships, and showcase the latest beauty trends. This hourly role offers bonus eligibility in a fast-paced, commission environment.

You will lead with excellent customer service, train associates, coordinate promotions and events, and maintain inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, and omni-channel support. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with makeup application and skincare services.
• Associates must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications as required by state and local boards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences by building relationships with team, vendors, customers and community.
• Lead team in customer service, drive sales, achieve goals, and execute promotions, events and outreach.
• Build product knowledge and artistry skills to engage customers with the latest beauty trends.
• Onboard and teach teammates; connect with Beauty Advisors to review goals and performance.
