A leading tanning service provider in Terre Town, Indiana is seeking outgoing and energetic sales associates to represent their brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidates should be motivated to meet sales goals in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include maintaining salon organization, cash handling, and ensuring customer education on tanning. This role offers commission, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement in management. The company prides itself on an inclusive workplace culture.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers understand tanning rules and requirements.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Handles cash, opening/closing business.
• Completes daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Qualifications
