Job summary

A leading tanning service provider in Terre Haute is looking for outgoing sales associates to represent their brand and provide exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates are motivated to achieve sales goals in a commission-driven environment. Responsibilities include maintaining salon cleanliness, consulting with customers, and daily administrative tasks. Previous retail or customer service experience is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional manner.
• Ensure customers are educated on tanning rules.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly

• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintains a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
