Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates in a full-time role in a retail salon environment in the United States. The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand with a positive, upbeat approach.

The ideal candidate thrives on meeting sales goals in a commission-driven environment, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized salon and educating customers on tanning best

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
