Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing beauty consultants to represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

You will assist customers with skincare products, maintain a clean salon, and participate in training programs. We offer flexible schedules, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods (7+ hours) daily.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning and wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure company and legal requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain salon cleanliness
