Job summary

Ashley Lynn’s, Inc. is seeking outgoing, energetic tanning consultants to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level sales role emphasizes achieving sales goals in a commission-driven environment.

You will participate in customer service training, benefit from growth opportunities and enjoy flexible scheduling, staff discounts on skincare products, and complimentary tanning services.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours).
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure company and legal requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness
