Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Nebraska is seeking outgoing, energetic tanning consultants to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on sales in a commission-driven environment, with opportunities to grow through training and teamwork.

You will maintain salon cleanliness, assist customers, and help educate clients on our tanning options while meeting company standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand and move for long shifts.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Attention to detail in maintaining salon standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
