Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing tanning consultants to represent the brand and provide exceptional customer service in Center, Nebraska. The role emphasizes achieving sales goals in a commission-driven environment and offers training, growth opportunities, and employee discounts.

Ideal candidates should be energetic, motivated, and capable of educating customers on tanning safety while maintaining salon cleanliness and equipment standards throughout shifts that may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, 7+ hours per day.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness
• Sanitizing equipment after each use
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards
• Assisting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal requirements are met

• Maintains salon cleanliness
• Sanitizing equipment after each use
