Responsibilities include:

• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consulting with customers in an upbeat, professional manner
• Educating customers on tanning rules and legal requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling and opening/closing the business
• Completing daily administrative paperwork and tracking goals

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in retail/customer service
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
