Job Description: By working at Sally Beauty, you become part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. We are on a mission to empower our customers to express themselves through hair, and we need passionate, talented individuals to help make this happen!

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We seek passionate beauty lovers eager to assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to enhance your knowledge. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!

Your role at Sally Beauty:
  1. Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
  2. Recommend additional and complementary products.
  3. Inform customers of current promotions and events.
  4. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
  5. Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
  6. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
  8. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
  9. Work flexible schedules to suit your needs.

Requirements: Legal and Physical:

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodations. Exposure to fumes and odors may occur. The role involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
