The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience to clients, demonstrating beauty products and techniques, and leveraging in-depth product knowledge to enhance our clients' lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Approach clients proactively and in a friendly manner to understand how to provide a rewarding experience.
2. Stay informed about products and beauty trends by actively learning and absorbing knowledge.
3. Participate in activities within assigned areas to support standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available.
4. Model strong beauty business values and uphold company culture.
