Macy's is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Colleague (Beauty Advisor) to help customers explore beauty products and create personalized experiences that drive trust and sales.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and tailor consultations, building lasting client relationships through proactive follow-up and loyalty program awareness. This role emphasizes service, product knowledge, and teamwork on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships with customers and educating on benefits and use of beauty products.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized, shoppable space and promoting offers and product launches.
• Meeting and surpassing daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service.
• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.

Responsibilities
