Job summary

You will educate, demonstrate, and tailor consultations to individual style while building lasting client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.

You will greet customers, maintain a welcoming beauty space, stay current on trends, and participate in product launches, events, and loyalty programs to help guests feel confident and cared for.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience is required.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on beauty products and provide tailored consultations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and makeup/skincare applications.
• Build and manage a loyal client base through follow-up and clienteling.
• Greet customers and create a warm, personalized shopping experience to drive sales.
