Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. in Naperville, IL seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, assess needs, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrate products to drive sales while keeping the store clean and stocked.

You will participate in ongoing training, support leadership, and help execute in-store events and promotions. A flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Passion for beauty industry and exceptional guest service.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and communicate it to guests.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, answer questions, inform about promotions and upsell.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to deliver excellent guest experience.
