Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Beauty Sales Manager for the Greater Boston area, onsite at our beauty centers. This full-time role requires a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

You will lead a beauty/service team, drive retail and service KPIs, and ensure top-tier guest experiences. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in beauty or a high-touch retail setting, strong sales analytics, and proven leadership skills to coach and develop staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in beauty, skincare, spa, wellness, medspa, cosmetics, or another high-touch, service-driven retail environment preferred.
• Strong KPI fluency and commercial acumen with experience analyzing sales, conversion, service bookings, rebooking/retention, memberships, and retail attachment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a beauty and personal-care center, overseeing team performance, guest experience, sales execution, scheduling, labor management, and day-to-day operations.
• Drive center revenue by coaching the team to achieve beauty service and retail KPIs, including service bookings, Wax Pass memberships, retail product sales, conversion, rebooking, and revenue goals.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing team of beauty service and guest-facing professionals, providing ongoing coaching and accountability.
• Champion an elevated beauty and wellness guest experience, ensuring exceptional service standards, product knowledge, cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and compliance with brand and safety standards.
