Job summary

Beauty Quest Group is seeking a Production Compounder for the 1st shift to create product batches safely and efficiently, following established procedures while minimizing losses. You will ensure proper tagging, sanitation, and documentation, and you will communicate with the production team to support uninterrupted operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move drums up to 610 lbs, and a solid understanding of GMP practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely.
• Ability to maneuver drums weighing up to 610 lbs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and math skills.
• Must know GMP and ensure GMP adherence.
• Knowledge of proper materials control.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures to protect self and others.
• Batch according to procedures and sanitation standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and distribute appropriately.
• Verify release tags for correct, unexpired components.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure batch back-ups exist.
• Perform Compounder B duties as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and clean spills promptly.
• Follow GMP policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by lead or management.
