Job summary

Belle Aire Creations is seeking a Production Compounder to support fragrance manufacturing alongside Production Staff, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Account Executives. You will study BOMs, mix ingredients accurately, and guide batches into the work-in-process stage while following GMPs and SOPs.

Responsibilities include manufacturing orders, improving efficiency, and ensuring timely completion of workloads, with adherence to safety and PPE standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in production in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of Good manufacturing processes (GMP’s).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• IT skills – proficiency in using common PC applications.
• Excellent ability to work with others.
• Must be able to lift 30-lbs onto waist high shelves and carry at least 25lbs.
• Movement and vision capabilities required for a production environment.

Job Description:

The Production Compounder primary goal is to study a bill of materials, accurately mix ingredients and guide them into the “work in process” stage. To do so, compounders must follow current procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), package completed batches, and communicate their progress with management. You will support the fragrance manufacturing process alongside Production Staff, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Account Executives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with production team to manufacture orders for Shipment.
• Work to maximize individual workspace efficiencies.
• Complete daily assigned workload.
• Submit finished retains for completed batches to QC.
• Conduct applicable duties for department co-workers in their absence.
• Comply with all safety and SOP procedures including forklift safety & PPE.
