Headkount is seeking a Beauty Brand Freelancer to represent rhode at Sephora locations in Seattle. This part-time, W-2 role offers paid hours, training, and brand support while you work on one brand across the market.

Responsibilities include being the in-store rhode expert, educating shoppers and teams, and supporting launches and events. Weekend availability is required, with potential for growth into full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience.
• Genuine passion for rhode and skincare.
• Strong selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty events.
• Confident, professional, team-player attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Working smartphone and comfort with apps/video calls.
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market.
