Job summary

Headkount is seeking a Beauty Brand Freelancer to represent Rhode at Sephora in Orange County. This part-time W-2 role puts you on the frontline, delivering brand storytelling, product education, and engaging shoppers to meet sales goals.

You'll work dedicated to one brand, with training and support, flexible weekend availability, and opportunities to grow into full-time roles. You’ll travel to Sephora locations across your market and maintain on-brand displays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beauty freelance or retail experience is required.
• Genuine passion for rhode skincare and brand storytelling.
• Strong selling and education background with event hosting experience.

Responsibilities

• Become the in-store rhode expert and drive sales toward brand goals.
• Educate shoppers and store teams on rhode’s products and story.
• Host and support rhode launches and in-store events.
• Keep rhode’s displays sharp and on-brand.
