Headkount is seeking a Beauty Brand Freelancer to represent multiple beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta, and other retailers across the NYC market. This part-time W-2 role offers competitive hourly pay and ongoing brand education, with weekend availability and frequent store coverage.

You’ll rotate across brands, train store teams, host events, and keep merchandising on-brand, while enjoying training support and a flexible freelance lifestyle within a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience.
• Strong selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty events.
• Confident, professional, team-player attitude.
• Drive to work independently.
• Working smartphone and comfort with apps/video calls.
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market.

Responsibilities
